Study on the Effect of Compound Feed Additive on the Quality of Juanshan Milk

Abstract: Compound feed additive is widely used in dairy farming. However, the effects of probiotics and Chinese herbal compound feed additives on Juanshan milk quality have not been reported. This article studied various physical and chemical data of Juanshan milk by feeding Juanshan cows with probiotic and herbal diet,explored Juanshan milk production and quality by adding compound feed additives with different proportion probiotic and Chinese herbal medicine,analyzed the economic benefits of compound feed additives. The results was that the optimal ratio of probiotics and Chinese herbal medicine was 187.5 g and 62.5 g,and the ROI was 6.44%. The conclusion was that compound feed additives can improve milk performance and economic benefit of Juanshan cows.
