Combined Validation of Aflatoxin M1 Detection by Enzyme-linked Immunoassay Techniques and Colloidal Gold Techniques

Abstract: [Objective]To accurately complete the detection of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk.[Method]This paper used a microplate reader and a colloidal gold reader to detect the treatment process and detection data of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk for comparative analysis.[Result]We discovered the advantages and disadvantages of two methods for verifying the operation process,and the test results could meet different needs. The microplate reader could be used for semi-quantitative detection,and the microplate reader could be used for accurate detection and semi-quantitative review. The colloidal gold reader was suitable for rapid qualitative screening.[Conclusion]The two methods could be used together,complement each other,flexibly use the advantages of various equipments,and could efficiently complete various testing requirements.
