Technical Method for Scale Production of Organic Fertilizer in Farm and Pasture

Abstract: The scale production of organic fertilizer in farms and pastures is an inevitable trend of development modern green environmental agriculture and animal husbandry production. This paper used the waste production of farms and the annual production of 5 000 tons of organic fertilizer scale standard,from organic fertilizer production raw material selection,production process,production machinery and equipment,production plant configuration and specific technical methods,made a more detailed and comprehensive introduction. In order to ensure the quality of organic fertilizer products,the time of organic fertilizer production raw material fermentation rot must reach more than 60 days. The quality inspection of organic fertilizer products should be carried out in accordance with the NY / T525—2021 organic fertilizer standards to ensure the quality of the large-scale production of organic fertilizer in farms and pastures.
