The Application of ATP Biofluorescence Method in the Evaluation of the Cleaning Effect of Dairy Enterprises

Abstract: Cleaning is one of the core links in dairy processing,and the sanitation control and effective cleaning of facilities and equipment are the premise to ensure product quality and safety. This paper introduced the basic principle of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biofluorescence method.The application of ATP biofluorescence technology in cleaning validation was discussed to ensure that the cleaning procedure can be effectively monitored.That some common problems in the practical application of ATP biofluorescence method,such as the influence of temperature on ATP detection,the setting of ATP detection limit and the trend analysis through the integration of detection data were discussed.
