Study on Detection of Lactulose in Sterilized Milk by Mid-infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract: In order to develop a method to shorten the detection time of lactulose content in sterilized milk and improve the quality control efficiency of dairy products,this paper used mid-infrared spectroscopy combined with partial least square method (PLS) to quantitatively analyze lactulose content in samples,and realized rapid and simple quantitative detection of trace lactulose. Compared with the agricultural industry standard method NY/T 939—2016 identification of reconstituted milk in pasteurized milk and UHT sterilized milk,the quantitative detection time of lactulose developed in this paper was shortened from 2 days to 15 minutes. It has good repeatability,high precision and accuracy,can meet the detection requirements and have a good application prospect.
