Influence of Temperature on Determination of Nitrite Content in Raw Milk by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

Abstract: This article studied the influence of temperature on the determination of nitrite content in raw milk by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and established a method for determination of nitrite content in raw milk by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the method could obtain a good linear relationship for the determination of nitrite content in raw milk,the correlation coefficient R2>0.99991,and its fitting degree was high.At 95 ℃,the average recoveries of three different levels(0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.3 mg/L)were 91.00%,90.50%,92.17%,which were repeated RSD of test<5%.The method is easy to operate,fast to analyze,fast to extract nitrite,suitable for the determination of nitrite content in raw milk.
