Analysis of Test Ability of Bacillus cereus in Milk Powder

Abstract: [Objective]Our laboratory participated in the Evaluation on the Inspection Ability of Bacillus cereus in Milk Powder organized by the Food Safety Sampling and Monitoring Department of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration in 2022,and evaluated and analyzed the test results.[Method] Two milk powder samples numbered NFLY-13 and NFLY-17 were quantitatively detected.Test the samples according to the requirements of the operation instructions and GB 4789.14-2014 National Food Safety Standard for Microbiological Examination of Food - Bacillus cereus(Method 1).The experimental data were compared with Bacillus cereus chromogenic mediumthe,VITEK 2 Compact fully automatic microbial identification system and matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS).[Result]The comparison results were basically consistent.[Conclusion] The results of the two test samples were satisfactory.
