Aseptic Packaging Concept and Process Quality Control of Ultra-High Temperature Sterilized Milk

Abstract: Taking two mainstream packaging brands of UHT milk:Tetra Pak and SIG Combibloc as examples, this paper introduces the aseptic packaging technology of filling and sealing sterilized and cooled products in pre-treatment containers in aseptic environment,and maintaining the sealing of packaging containers,from the establishment and maintenance of aseptic environment,sterilization of materials, disinfection of packaging materials The process principle and quality control method are described.
