Diagnosis and Prevention of Endometritis in Dairy Cows

Abstract: Endometritis is a common reproductive disease in the process of cow breeding,which will delay the estrus time of cows and affect the mating rate. This paper first summarized the clinical symptoms and rectal test results of acute and chronic cow endometritis,and then put forward the treatment method of cow endometritis from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and internal and external treatment. This method can effectively shorten the course of treatment and improve the cure rate. Finally,it was proposed to strengthen daily management,do a good job in postpartum care,regulate essence and blood with traditional Chinese medicine,master the law of oestrus,timely breed and accuratly inseminate,so as to provide theoretical reference for the health regulation of cow uterus.
