Legal Risks and Countermeasures of the Application of Artificial Intelligence Products in Dairy Enterprises under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract: With the development of economy and science and technology, the digital transformation of dairy enterprises in our country has become a new trend, especially with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, dairy enterprises have been taking Dairy + AI as a necessary measure to improve their production efficiency and enhance their business capability. Artificial Intelligence, a new technology, brings convenience to production and life, but it also has some legal risks. In order to ensure the smooth development of dairy enterprises in our country, potential risks associated with AI technologies should be studied and addressed.
