Insight into Dairy Products Consumption Trends

Abstract: The paper provided a detailed exploration of current trends in dairy product consumption,emphasizing several key aspects:clean label dairy products,functional dairy products,lactose-free dairy products,reduced and sugar-free dairy products,and innovative integrations in dairy products.Clean label dairy products,which focus on simple and natural ingredients,are becoming mainstream in the market,reflecting consumers' growing concerns about health,low carbon,and environmental protection.Functional dairy products cater to specific health needs by adding specific nutrients.Lactose-free dairy products address the discomfort associated with lactose intolerance,while reduced and sugar-free dairy products respond to the global initiative to decrease sugar intake.The innovative integration of dairy products,such as coffee,tea and alcoholic beverages,to provide consumers with a new taste experience.Moreover,the adoption of digital marketing and integrated online-offline sales models is transforming the promotion and sale of dairy products.Understanding and adapting to these trends is crucial for dairy product manufacturers and consumers.
