奶绵羊产业概况及中国奶绵羊产业的前景分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 奶绵羊产业是羊奶产业的重要组成部分。奶绵羊产业发达国家都培育出了适合本国生态特点的奶绵羊品种。绵羊奶的营养价值高,适合加工高端乳制品。中国奶绵羊产业化水平基本为零,但在发展奶绵羊产业上具有生态环境好、饲草饲料优、品种培育材料丰富、市场前景广阔和政策支持力度大等方面的诸多优势。通过奶绵羊新品种培育、营养需要研究、饲料科学配制、配套饲养管理技术研发、高效繁殖技术使用、生物安全防控体系构建和羊奶制品研发,形成了中国奶绵羊产业技术体系综合体,规避了来自技术、生物安全以及市场培育和开发方面的风险,形成了具有中国特色的奶绵羊产业。同时,发展奶绵羊产业也是中国北方地区发展特色农牧业,增加经济新动能的一项重要途径。
