实施乡村振兴战略是党中央十九大提出的加快农业农村经济发展的重大战略,为我国奶业未来发展在宏观层面创造了广阔空间和行业政策支撑,规模化奶牛场发展要融入国家战略布局中,认清形势,积极创新探索发展策略。本文基于乡村振兴战略视角对河南省规模化奶牛场发展现状进行简要介绍,概括性分析制约规模化奶牛场发展的主要因素,提出奶业振兴的发展策略。

Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an important strategy put forward by the 19th National Congress of the CPC to accelerate the development of agricultural and rural economy,which creates broad space and industry policy support for the future development of China's dairy industry.The development of large-scale dairy farms should be integrated into the national strategic layout,recognize the situation clearly,and actively innovate and explore development strategies.Based on the rural revitalization strategy,this paper briefly introduces the development status of large-scale dairy farms in Henan Province,generally analyzes the main factors restricting the development of large-scale dairy farms,and puts forward the development strategy of dairy revitalization.
