乳业是以种、养业为基础,乳品加工业为核心的产业。牛奶中含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素和矿物质,是人类最为理想的食物之一。近几年,随着经济的高速腾飞,我国乳业正向着稳中有进、稳中向好的态势发展,但依然面临着奶牛养殖缺乏竞争力、高端产品研发能力不足、销售渠道拓展不足等问题。基于此种情况,本文从奶牛养殖水平、乳制品消费市场分析了我国乳业发展现状,提出了降低奶牛饲养成本,加快建立产业链利益联结机制和产、学、研合作研发机制以及销售渠道全部局等发展建议。
Dairy industry is an industry based on planting and breeding,and dairy processing industry as its core industry.Milk,goat milk,camel milk,and donkey milk are rich in protein,vitamins and minerals.They have dual edible and medicinal values and are the most ideal health food for humans.In recent years,the development of my country's dairy industry is moving towards a steady progress and stability.However,my country's dairy industry still faces problems such as high farming input costs,high environmental pressures,and weak market competitiveness.Based on this situation,first analyzes the development status of my country's dairy industry,and then lists the problems existing in the development of my country's dairy industry,and it is best to put forward some suggestions for the development of the dairy industry and an analysis of the future of the dairy industry.
