现代化牧场是指超过一定数量规模,采用大量机械化设备,集中治疗、挤奶、饲喂、繁殖、污粪集中无害化处理的牧场。传统的管理方式给牧场生产带来诸多困扰,使牧场的经济效益不能保持在一个稳定的水平。本文引入全局化思维,将化学工程中的过程控制技术应用于牛只乳房炎监控、繁殖监控、搅拌车故障监控和生乳菌落总数监控领域,以提升牧场管理水平和经济效益。
Modern ranch refers to the ranch with a certain number of scale,using a large number of mechanized equipment to the centralized treatment,milking,feeding, breeding,and centralized harmless treatment of sewage.The traditional management mode brings a lot of troubles to the ranch production,so that the economic benefits of the ranch unable to be maintained at a stable level.The process control technology of chemical engineering was applied to the fields of cow mastitis monitoring,reproduction monitoring,feeding equipment monitoring and colony count monitoring of raw milk,so as to improve the management level and economic benefits of ranch.
