复合型饲料添加剂广泛应用于奶牛养殖业。而饲喂益生素以及中草药类复合型饲料添加剂对娟珊牛乳品质的影响还鲜有报道。本文通过给泌乳期娟姗牛饲喂添加了益生素以及中草药的日粮,研究娟姗牛乳各项理化指标数据,探索不同比例益生素和中草药配制而成的复合型饲料添加剂对娟姗牛奶产量和乳品质的影响,分析添加复合型饲料添加剂的经济效益。结果为：日粮中添加益生素187.5 g和混合中草药62.5 g为最佳比例,且投资回报率为6.44%。结论为：日粮中添加益生素和中草药能够提高娟珊牛的产奶性能和经济效益。

Compound feed additive is widely used in dairy farming. However, the effects of probiotics and Chinese herbal compound feed additives on Juanshan milk quality have not been reported. This article studied various physical and chemical data of Juanshan milk by feeding Juanshan cows with probiotic and herbal diet,explored Juanshan milk production and quality by adding compound feed additives with different proportion probiotic and Chinese herbal medicine,analyzed the economic benefits of compound feed additives. The results was that the optimal ratio of probiotics and Chinese herbal medicine was 187.5 g and 62.5 g,and the ROI was 6.44%. The conclusion was that compound feed additives can improve milk performance and economic benefit of Juanshan cows.
