Dairy products and human health

Abstract: This article describes the important role of dairy products in human health. The dairy products contain many nutrients, including protein, calcium, vitamin D, etc., and proper intake of dairy products had positive effects on cardiovascular health, bone health and immunity enhancement. In the process of pursuing a healthy life, people should take dairy products as an indispensable part of their daily diet and reasonably consume nutrient-rich dairy products. Choosing quality dairy product is very important, we should pay attention to the needs of people with lactose or milk protein intolerance, and exploring other alternatives to meet nutritional needs. In conclusion, people should appreciate the benefits of dairy products and incorporate them into a balanced and varied diet plan.
