Study on High Quality Development and Path Optimization of Dairy in Dongying

Abstract: In recent years,Dongying has attached great importance to the development of dairy,joining forces to build Milk capital of Yellow River delta, the development of dairy enters a new stage.Based on the evaluation model of entropy weight method,this paper constructed the evaluation system for the high quality development of Dongying's dairy from the four dimensions of quality benefit, business development, social and economic development, resources and environment, to quantify the high quality development of Dongying's dairy. The results showed that the proportion of business development is the largest(0.291)and the proportion of resources and environment is the smallest(0.21). Based on this, this paper put forward some suggestions on how to optimize Dongying dairy high-quality development path from the aspects of “Reducing cost, increasing benefit, raising brand, strengthening utilization and extending chain”.
