Study on the Development Status and Countermeasures of China's Dairy Industry under the Background of Double Carbon

Abstract: Amidst the Double Carbon policy environment, China's dairy industry confronts formidable challenges in terms of energy consumption and carbon emissions. To achieve sustainable development within the sector, dairy enterprises must intensify investments, adopt clean production technologies, optimize supply chain management, and foster the development of low-carbon products. Concurrently, it is imperative to prioritize product quality and safety to satisfy consumer demands and elevate competitiveness. Governments should fortify policy support, guide enterprises in enhancing environmental awareness, and facilitate improvements in energy efficiency. Drawing upon years of professional experience, this paper delved into the current status of China's dairy industry under the Double Carbon backdrop and proposed targeted development strategies, offering insights for professionals in related fields.
