Analysis of Mobile Solar Energy Yak Milk Production Area Fresh-keeping and Storage Equipment

Abstract: [Objective]In view of the current waste problem caused by the lack of power supply,processing technology and equipment in the plateau free range yak,which can not realize the fresh storage of fresh yak milk in the producing area,the heat treatment process of yak milk was studied.[Method]After the cost-benefit analysis,the power supply system,sterilization and fresh-keeping system and auxiliary system were studied using the pasteurization process heated to above 60 ℃ for 30 minutes.[Result]Finally,a mobile solar yak milk storage equipment with a processing capacity of 40 L/d was integrated and designed. [Conclusion]This equipment can prolong the fresh-keeping time of yak milk,reduce the deterioration loss caused by failing to fresh-keeping yak milk in the place of origin in time,improve the commodity conversion rate of yak milk,and promote the production efficiency of animal husbandry in Tibetan area.
