Application of Total Productive Maintenance in Dairy Equipment Management

Abstract: The operation state of dairy equipment is related to the production efficiency and quality safety of dairy products,which must be paid more attention to and strictly monitored by the production and equipment department. The key to keep good status of dairy equipment is the maintenance work,which requires a systematic, comprehensive and diversified approach to equipment management.For the problems of low participation and insufficient communication of all staff in dairy equipment management,this paper briefly described the application practice of TPM in dairy equipment management according to the concept of total productive maintenance. It built the management structure of equipment from the perspective of top-level design of the production department, promoted all kinds of maintenance,as well as the daily operation and monitoring of the TPM system,so as to improve the efficiency of the equipment and guarantee the quality and supply of products.
