Discussion on Compulsory Immunization of Scale Dairy Farm in Dongying City

Abstract: In 2016, the former Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Finance explored and implemented a compulsory immunization subsidy policy of fight first and pay later for livestock and poultry compulsory immunization,large-scale livestock farms are allowed to independently purchase vaccines and carry out immunization, and apply for direct financial subsidies after qualified immunization. This paper aimed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the implementation status of the compulsory immunization fight first and pay later policy in large-scale dairy farms in Dongying City in recent years,found out the difficulties, blocking points and causes of policy implementation,to put forward measures and suggestions on how to better allow large-scale livestock farms such as dairy cows to participate in the compulsory immunization fight first and pay later policy,to further improve the fight first and pay later policy, prevention and control of major animal diseases to provide reference.
