Study the Competitiveness Evaluation of Dairy Enterprises in China Based on Entropy Method--Taking 20 Listed Dairy Companies for Examples

Abstract: This paper selected 2018-2022 20 listed dairy companies related data for the research sample,built by the product supply, operating ability,research and development ability,marketing ability,human resources five primary index,the main product revenue growth,asset turnover,technology patent ownership per capita 16 secondary index of dairy enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system,using the entropy method of 20 listed dairy companies comprehensive competitiveness.The study found that among the five dimensions of the index system,marketing ability has made the most contribution to the competitiveness of enterprises in the past five years,with the least contribution to the corresponding products supply,and the importance of research and development ability has become more and more prominent,and even surpassed marketing ability to become the first place in 2022. At the same time,some advantages of the top enterprises are being surpassed by regional dairy enterprises represented by Yantang Dairy.Animal husbandry type is more susceptible to the market influence,its competitiveness is relatively weak.The competitiveness of enterprises producing high value-added products such as milk powder and nutrition products is relatively stable.
