Analysis of Common Problems and Compliance Measures in Nutrition Label of Prepackaged Food--Taking Dairy Products as Examples

Abstract: Nutrition label of prepackaged food is important instructions for food nutrition information in prepackaged food label,which is of great significance to guide consumers to choose products reasonably. Dairy products are rich in nutrients, and it is more important to correctly label their nutritional information. Due to inadequate understanding or deviation of relevant standards by food production enterprises, there may be errors or defects in the labeling of nutrition information. This article takes dairy products as an example to summarize common problems in nutrition label of prepackaged food, propose correct label methods and compliance measures, and provide reference for dairy and food production enterprises.
