    Status quo and Effectiveness Analysis of Internal Control in Huishan Dairy Industry

    In December 2016,Muddy Waters issued a short report on Huishan Dairy,pointing out that the company had whitewashed statements and exaggerated financial leverage. In the months that followed,Huishan's share price plunged. The failure of internal control is the source of this Muddy Water short selling event. As the first barrier to ensure the normal production and operation of enterprises,it did not play its due role. In order to study the role of internal control in enterprise operation,the internal control situation of Huishan Dairy was analyzed through the framework of five elements of internal control. It is found that the enterprise has five problems: weak control environment,imperfect risk assessment mechanism,ineffective control activities, poor information communication and insufficient supervision. In view of these problems, corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide some references and suggestions for the industry to optimize internal control.

    Calf pneumonia generally refers to inflammation caused by the lung infection of calves and is one of the common diseases of calves. The lobular pneumonia is the most common disease in calves within 2 months of age. The main cause of calf pneumonia is the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. Irritation of adverse factors,blood infection,secondary to some diseases and inhalation of foreign bodies are common causes. The main clinical symptoms are relaxation fever or intermittent fever,pulmonary auscultation with crackling and rales,pulmonary percussion with focal dullness area,cough,accelerated breathing,dyspnea and so on. The emphasis of prevention is to protect calves,avoid the invasion of exogenous pathogenic microorganisms,and inhibit the proliferation of endogenous pathogenic microorganisms. The treatment focuses on antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, preventing exudation,promoting absorption,relieving cough and expectorating phlegm,antibiotics should be used to avoid drug resistance,drug use according to the course of treatment,combination of Chinese and Western medicine,and symptomatic and causal treatment.

    The period of calf from birth through weaning is the beginning of dairy cattle's life cycle and the weakest period, can influence the replacement heifers and efficiency of dairy farm. The major causes of morbidity and mortality in dairy calves continue to be diarrhea,pneumonia,septicemia,navel ill,and et al. But diarrhea and pneumonia are the main challenges faced by dairy farmer all over the world. This article oriented the data of morbidity and mortality of calf,colostrum program,management of calf diarrhea and respiratory disease,and some recommendations of prevention and control strategy. Colostrum program includes factors associated with quality,colostrum collection,storage,treatment,and feeding. In the part of health management,we placed on management of maternity pen,environment,feeding,nutrition,vaccination program,ventilation,early detection of disease,stress,and management of sick calves.

    In order to determine the milk use advantage of Kazakh horses in Altay of Xinjiang, 131 Kazakh horses during peak lactation period were measured in this study,and the characteristics and milking parameters were summarized. The results showed that the average circumference of the breast was 58.48 cm,the depth of the breast was 13.24 cm,the length of the breast groove was 24.70 cm,the length of the nipple was 4.27 cm,the circumference of the nipple root was 11.13 cm and the distance between the two nipples was 5.43cm. The average value of breast structure parameters of Kazak horses in Altai area is close to bowl breast,among which bowl breast ratio is 52.67%,bulbous breast ratio is 34.35%,piriform breast ratio is 12.98%. This ratio indicates that Kazak horses in Altai area have great milk potential. At the same time,the results of timing method were 127.21 times /min for manual milking,112.4 times /min for Suckling and 35.64 times /min for pulsing,which could optimize the times of manual milking and provide data support for the development of horse milking device.

    The Z-score model is a multivariate model proposed by Edward Altman to measure the financial risk of an enterprise. Taking Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.Ltd.as an example,this paper combined the applicability of the Z-score model with the financial statement,using traditional financial accounting risk analysis with Z - score model financial risk analysis method,to analyze the cause of the financial risk. Furthermore,this work compared Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.,Ltd with its leading corporation,Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd. in the same dairy industry and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The research results indicated that Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co.,Ltd. is in a healthy financial position,and the possibility of financial crisis in the short term is relatively low. But there is still a certain gap compared with Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd. which is the leading enterprise in the dairy industry.

Especially,this paper took Yantang Dairy as an example,using the classic DuPont financial analysis system to deconstruct the specific drivers that affect its profitability improvement,identify existing problems,and propose solutions,providing some reference for enterprises to improve their profitability.

    The perinatal period is a special physiological period for dairy cows.During this period,the dairy cows undergo physiological and environmental changes such as pregnancy,calving,and lactation,as well as changes in dietary intake and feeding environment,and are extremely prone to negative energy balance.It is a period of high incidence of various metabolic disorders such as ketosis,eugastric translocation,and retained placenta,with irreversible effects on subsequent production and reproductive performance.This paper reviewed the causes,effects and measures to improve the negative energy balance of dairy cows,with the aim of providing theoretical and technical references for healthy periparturient dairy farming.Reduced feed intake and nutritional deficiencies are the main causes of negative energy balance,resulting in reduced lactation performance,reproductive performance and immunity in cows.To solve these problems,reasonable nutritional and management control measures should be taken,such as changing the nutritional composition of the diet while ensuring that the composition of the diet remains unchanged,and adjusting feeding management programmes according to the physiological characteristics of cows at different times,in order to improve negative energy balance,according to the different energy requirements of cows before and after the perinatal period.

    The annual output of livestock and poultry manure pollution in China is huge. If it is not reasonably utilized,it will lead to a series of ecological and environmental problems. As an important way to achieve the harmlessness, reduction, and resource utilization of agricultural organic solid waste, compost has developed rapidly with the attention of national policies in recent years. Windrow, static forced-aeration, trough and reactor are regarded as main techniques and currently used by domestic and foreign fertilizers to solidify waste fertilizer. Semi-membrane covered compost technology is an improved compost technology model based on static forced-aeration piles and has been widely used due to its characteristics (e.g. energy saving, environmentally friendly, intelligent, efficient, light, portable, economical and universal). This review is an overview of the technical origins and development process, technical characteristics and engineering applications, and domestic and foreign research ofsemi-membrane covered compost.Finally, the key direction of future research and development of semi-membrane covered compost technology is pointed out.

    Urease can efficiently catalyze urea decomposition and produce carbon dioxide and ammonia. Limiting urease activity can effectively regulate urea decomposition process.In animal husbandry,ruminant urease can lead to excessive nitrogen emission.In this paper,the structural characteristics of urease activity center in bacteria,the mechanism of urease hydrolysis and the mechanism of urease activity regulation by inhibitors were reviewed,providing theoretical basis for effective regulation of urease activity and ideas for the development of new inhibitors.

    In 2022,China's milk production will reach 39.32 million tons,up 6.8% year on year.The output of dairy products was 31.18 million tons, up 2% year on year. The production of raw milk is sufficient,but the production has declined significantly,and the dairy market has entered a short-term adjustment stage. From the perspective of consumption changes,consumption degradation,consumption translation and consumption upgrading coexist,and dairy consumption has structural differentiation.From the perspective of product changes,low-temperature fresh milk has entered a comprehensive competitive stage and will replicate the development path of normal-temperature dairy products.The basic products of normal temperature milk increased rapidly,but the price competition was fierce.In the process of price reduction and price recovery of middle and high-end dairy products,the role of brand value is obvious.With the arrival of an aging society,adult milk powder has become a hot product in the market,and more and more enterprises have joined in the competition of this category.In order to explore new growth points in the market,dairy products such as ice-cream,milk wine,cheese and so on are valued.From the perspective of channel changes,online channels have received more attention from enterprises,and offline channels have also emerged new formats which are driving the channel reform of dairy enterprises.

    Application of Calf Jacket Technology in Winter

    In order to improve the feeding and management level of calves in dairy farms in winter, reduce the incidence rate in calves and medicine costs, Miyun Comprehensive Experimental Station of Beijing Dairy Industry Innovation Team has carried out a demonstration and application of winter calf jackets technology in dairy farms. Over the past four months,it has been confirmed that calves wearing a jacket have a combined decrease of 17.52% in the incidence of rumen bloating,diarrhea and respiratory diseases and of 77.30% in treatment costs compared with calves not wearing a jacket in the same period under the same feeding and management conditions. Each calf jacket costs 43 yuan which can be reused, with low investment and quick profits.

    China is a large livestock and poultry breeding country. Traditional breeding has the problems of high production cost,backward technology,and low efficiency,which limit the development of the breeding industry. With the development of modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and 4/5G, the breeding industry has entered a modernized stage. In order to clarify the current application progress of information technology in the breeding industry,this article focused on the key research hot spots of information breeding technology,analyzed its application status,and put forward the challenges faced and development suggestions of informatized breeding technology. The research could provide references for the development of China's informatized livestock and poultry breeding technology.
