摘要: 随着中国经济发展和居民生活水平提高,乳制品需求不断增长,乳业发展对区域经济有显著推动作用。分析乳制品行业竞争力有助于满足国内消费者对高质量、多样化乳制品需求,推动乳品企业产业链升级,激励技术创新和产品研发,推动乳业整体技术进步和产业升级。以新乳业为例,分析其经营现状及现实困境,提出加强品牌影响力建设、提升上游牧场原奶自给率、优化企业管理成本控制等针对性的优化策略,有助于乳制品行业更好满足国内外市场需求,实现企业高质量发展,为国民健康和经济发展做出更大贡献。

关键词: 行业竞争力, 新乳业, 低温乳制品

Abstract: With the development of the Chinese economy and the improvement of the living standards of the residents,the demand for dairy products is increasing,and the development of dairy industry has a significant role in promoting regional economy. The analysis of the competitiveness of dairy industry will help to meet the demand of domestic consumers for high-quality and diversified dairy products,promote the upgrading of the dairy industry chain,and stimulate enterprises to carry out technological innovation and product research and development,to promote the overall technological progress and industrial upgrading of dairy industry.Taking the new dairy industry as an example,this paper analyzed its current management situation and the existing practical difficulties,the paper also put forward some targeted optimization strategies,such as strengthening the construction of brand influence,improving the self-sufficient rate of raw milk in the upper pastures,and optimizing the management cost control of enterprises,which will help the dairy industry to better meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets,to achieve high-quality development of enterprises for national health and economic development to make greater contributions.
