犊牛感光过敏的诊断与病因分析

摘要: 近年来,规模化奶牛场常中有犊牛发生感光过敏,且犊牛发病率占有较高的比例。经过调查分析,发病犊牛大多在1月龄内,还属于未断奶阶段,病灶发生在无色素沉着皮肤或无毛皮肤区域,表现为脱毛、脱屑、充血、水肿、渗出、结痂等病理变化。犊牛发生感光过敏前曾有过腹泻、高烧、气喘等病症,使用过注射用头孢噻呋、恩诺沙星注射液、磺胺类药物、土霉素注射液、庆大霉素注射液等药品,且有适当波长的紫外线照射,最终确诊为药源性感光过敏,分析具体原因是使用了致光过敏的药物,且用药量过大,用药时间过长。因此,要科学去除致犊牛感光过敏的因素,提高犊牛期的科学用药水平,增强基层兽医对本病的认识。

Abstract: In recent years,we found that calf sensitization occurred in large scale dairy farms,and the incidence rate of calf allergy was higher in cow's photosensitivity. After detailed investigation and analysis,most of the diseased calves are within 1 month old and still belong to the stage of breast milk. They occur in the area of non pigmented skin or hairless skin,showing pathological changes such as depilation,scaling,congestion,edema,exudation and scab. Before the photosensitive allergy of calves,they had diarrhea,high fever,asthma,pneumonia and other diseases or disease symptoms. They had used ceftiofur for injection,enrofloxacin injection,sulfonamides,oxytetracycline injection,gentamicin injection and other drugs,and had ultraviolet irradiation with appropriate wavelength. The final diagnosis was drug-induced photoallergy,also known as primary photoallergy. The specific reason is that the drug that can cause photoallergy is used,and the dosage is too large and the medication time is too long. Scientifically eliminate the causes of photosensitive allergy in calves,improve the level of scientific drug use in calves,and enhance the understanding of grass-roots veterinarians about the disease.
