摘要: 包装封合是保证牛奶品质和安全的关键环节。封合不良或不规范可能导致细菌滋生、氧气进入、水分进入等问题,影响牛奶品质和保质期。包装封合可靠性对消费者和生产企业至关重要。本研究分析包装封合材料不易监控的关键原因,经多项实际测试,最终实现利用超声波传感器技术、通过实际应用场景硬件安装设计与自动化控制程序结合方案,解决牛奶包装封合材料监控问题,攻克难题,填补行业空白,这对保障产品质量安全、提高生产效率、降低人力成本等具有意义。

Abstract: Packaging and sealing is the key link to ensure the quality and safety of milk. Poor or irregular sealing may lead to bacterial growth, oxygen entry, water entry and other problems, affecting milk quality and shelf life. Packaging sealing reliability is of great importance to consumers and manufacturers. This study analyzed the key reasons why packaging sealing materials are not easy to monitor. After a number of practical tests, it finally realized the use of ultrasonic sensor technology, hardware installation design in practical application scenarios and automatic control program to solve the monitoring problem of milk packaging sealing materials, overcome difficulties and fill the gaps in the industry. This is meaningful for ensuring product quality and safety, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
