摘要

针对澳大利亚和新西兰（简称“澳新”）食品标准法典中涉及标签法规及新西兰出口婴幼儿配方乳粉（简称“婴配乳粉”）产品标签法规进行深入解读。明确了澳新地区婴配乳粉产品标签基本的法规要求。对澳新地区婴配乳粉产品标签强制标注内容、标注形式、标注依据、禁止标识内容等方面进行了分析。对于澳新地区婴配乳粉生产及出口产品标签制定的实际应用及注意事项提供了切实可行的指导建议。

Abstract

In-depth interpretation of the labellingregulations in the Australia-New Zealand Food Standards Code and New Zealand export-related labelling regulations. The basic regulatory requirements for the labelling of infant formula products in Australia and New Zealand are clarified. The content of the mandatory labelling,labelling form,labelling basis and prohibition of label content of infant formula milk powder products in Australia and New Zealand were analysed. Practical guidance and recommendations for the practical infant formula production and export product labelling in Australia and New Zealand are offered.
