奶牛养殖的经济效益受很多因素影响,繁殖效率是影响奶牛场利润的关键因素之一。为了提高养殖效益,奶牛场管理者必须综合管理,提高生产效率,以保证奶牛场的经济效益。本文主要从后备牛选种选育、干奶牛管理、产后牛保健、繁殖疾病处理、优化配种工作、成母牛线性鉴定及选种选育、奶牛舒适度管理及员工绩效考核八方面阐述奶牛繁殖管理上的工作要点,为规模化奶牛场提高繁殖效率、提高养殖效益提供参考。
The economic benefits of dairy farm are affected by many factors.Reproductive efficiency is one of the key factors affecting the profits of dairy farms.To improve the economic benefits of dairy farm,the managers must look for the opportunity to improve production performance.This paper summarized the work points from eight aspects including the selection breeding of replacement heifers,dry cow management,postpartum care,reproductive disease treatment,optimize the breeding work,linear identification and selection breeding of adult lactating cows,cow comfort management,and staff performance appraisal to provide reference for improving the breeding efficiency and breeding benefit of large-scale dairy farm.
