随着国民经济水平的提高,功能性乳制品的需求量逐渐增加,功能性乳粉已逐渐成为乳品企业产品开发的新方向。本研究以中老年乳粉为研究内容,选取市面上13 个国内主流乳粉品牌下的25 款中老年乳粉为研究对象,通过对产品卖点及特殊配料成分等信息进行分析,旨在探究目前中老年乳粉发展现状与未来方向,为相关领域开发中老年功能性乳粉积累理论基础。
The demand for functional diary products is surging with the improvement of people’s lives. Functional milk powder has gradually become a new direction of product development in dairy enterprises. This study took middle-aged and elderly milk powder as the research content,selected 25 middle-aged and elderly milk powder under 13 domestic mainstream milk powder brands on the market as the research object,analyzed the product selling points and special ingredients,aimed to explore the current development status and future direction of middle-aged and elderly milk powder,and accumulated data for the development of middle-aged and elderly functional milk powder in related fields.
