摘要

[目的]研究辽宁铁岭地区规模化奶牛养殖场奶牛乳房炎的致病菌。[方法]从当地主要养殖场采集178 例患乳房炎奶牛的奶样,细菌分离鉴定和PCR检测分析。[结果]125 例检出病原菌,检出率为70.22%,混合感染略高于单一菌种感染。分析得36 个细菌种属186 株,分离率最高的前三种菌为:葡萄球菌47 株、大肠杆菌43 株、链球菌32 株,病原菌检出率为:25.27%、23.12%、17.20%。[结论]辽宁铁岭地区奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和链球菌。

Abstract

[Objective]To study the pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis in large-scale dairy farms in Tieling,Liaoning Province.[Method]178 fresh milk samples with cow mastitis were collected from major local farms through bacterial isolation,identification and PCR detection analysis.[Result]125 cases of pathogenic bacteria were detected,the detection rate was 70.22%,and the mixed infection was slightly higher than the single bacterial infection.After analysis,186 strains of 36 bacterial species and genera were obtained.The first three strains with the highest isolation rate were 47 strains of Staphylococcus,43 strains of Escherichia coli and 32 strains of Streptococcus.The detection rates of pathogenic bacteria were 25.27%,23.12% and 17.2% respectively.[Conclusion]Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Streptococcus were the main pathogens of cow mastitis in Tieling,Liaoning Province.
