本文从动物科学培养目标出发,探讨了专业课程《奶牛健康与牧场管理》的实践教学目标、教学内容、教学模式及考评方法等方面的改革,即将理论知识融入实践教学,并构建多元化实践教学模式,建立多维度教学评价体系,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高实践教学质量,对动物科学专业相关实践教学具有一定的参考价值。

This paper started with the cultivation goals of animal science and explores the reform of the practical teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and evaluation methods of the professional course Cow Health and Ranch Management. It integrated theoretical knowledge into practical teaching,established a diversified practical teaching model,and established a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve the quality of practical teaching.It has certain reference value for practical teaching in the major of animal science.
