[目的]对云南省昆明市某奶牛场奶牛皮肤乳头状赘生物突起,疑为乳头瘤病毒感染的皮肤病进行PCR诊断。[方法]无菌采集皮肤乳头状赘生物,病料提取DNA,采用乳头瘤病毒通用PCR诊断试剂盒扩增。[结果]对扩增产物电泳,与基因Maker比较,产物符合预期200 bp大小,诊断为乳头瘤病毒感染。[结论]该奶牛场奶牛皮肤乳头状赘生物突起确诊为乳头瘤病毒感染。由于该病无特效治疗药物,一般采取手术治疗。建议该场对病牛采取隔离治疗,对圈舍、牛栏、饲槽等清洗消毒,有效控制该病。
[Objective]To conduct PCR diagnosis of skin papillomatous protrusions in a certain dairy cow farm in Kunming,suspected of being a skin disease caused by papillomavirus infection.[Method]Sterile collection of skin papillary vegetation,extraction of DNA from diseased materials,and amplification using a universal PCR diagnostic kit for papillomavirus.[Result]Compared with Gene Maker,the amplified product was found to be 200 bp in size,indicating a diagnosis of papillomavirus infection.[Conclusion]The papillary vegetation protrusions on the skin of the dairy cows in this dairy farm were diagnosed as papillomavirus infection. Due to the lack of specific therapeutic drugs for this disease, surgical treatment is generally adopted. It is recommended that the farm isolate and treat the sick cow,clean and disinfect the pens,cow pens,and feeding troughs to effectively control the disease.
