[目的]羧甲基纤维素钠国标法检测耗时长、效率低,寻找简便快速准确的检测方法。[方法]通过酸度计法、电导法、原子吸收火焰光谱法与灰化法的检测过程和数据对比,确定三种方法中较灰化法有优势的方法。[结果]酸度计法对不同规格的羧甲基纤维素钠称样质量不确定;电导法没有出现明显的拐点,终点不明确;原子吸收火焰光谱法检测结果相对标准偏差为0.74%,与灰化法相比无显著性差异。[结论]通过比较,酸度计法与灰化法有局限性,原子吸收火焰光谱法检测取代度稳定性好,准确度高,检测效率高,可运用于日常检测。

[Objective]The national standard method of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is time-consuming and inefficient,so it is necessary to find a simple,rapid and accurate method.[Method]By comparing the detection process and data of acidimeter method,conductivity method,atomic absorption flame spectrometry and ashing method,to identify the method that has advantages over ashing method among the three methods.[Result]Using acidimeter method to detect different types of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium,the sample size is uncertain.Conductivity method has no obvious inflection point and the end point is not clear.The relative standard deviation of atomic absorption flame spectrometry is 0.74%,and no significant difference compared with ashing method.[Conclusion]Through comparison,acidimeter method and ashing method have limitations.The atomic absorption flame spectrometry has the advantages of good stability,high accuracy and high detection efficiency,which can be used in daily inspection.
