摘要

维生素K2是一种重要的脂溶性维生素,与人体健康有密切联系。目前我国作为食品营养强化剂允许使用的维生素K2仅有七烯甲萘醌分型,且仅允许用在个别乳粉。乳及乳制品作为摄取维生素K2的重要食品来源,越来越受重视。对现行法律法规规定的适用范围和检测方法进行比较,提出针对性对策建议,为生产企业、检测机构和监管部门提供参考。

Abstract

Vitamin K2,an important lipid soluble vitamin,is closely related to human health. At present,only menaquinone-7 is allowed to be used in individual milk powder as a food nutritional fortifier in China. Milk and dairy products are receiving increasing attention as important food source for Vitamin K2 intake.Compare the applicable scope and testing methods specified by current laws and regulations,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to providing reference for the monitoring of production enterprises,testing institutions and regulatory departments.
