宁夏吴忠市牛奶产业起步于20世纪80年代,是当地优势产业和主导产业。近年吴忠市抢抓发展机遇,打造种植、养殖、加工、销售一体化全产业链发展格局,综合产值280 亿元,成为助农增收的富民产业。然而,吴忠市牛奶产业高质量发展面临一些严峻挑战,如良种繁育、科技支撑、人才培养、利益联结、粪污处理等。本文沿着“提出问题、分析问题、解决问题”的思路,从资源优势、发展历程、发展现状、存在问题、应对措施进行深入总结分析,针对制约当前产业发展的关键问题,提出提升养殖效益、扩大饲草规模、强化要素保障、完善联结机制、加大风险防控等解决对策,为推进吴忠市牛奶产业高质量发展提供新思路。

The milk industry in Wuzhong, Ningxia started in 1980s, and it is a local dominant industry and leading industry. In recent years,Wuzhong has seized the opportunity of development,and built a development pattern of the whole industrial chain integrating planting,breeding,processing and sales,with a comprehensive output value of 28 billion yuan,which has become a rich industry to help farmers increase their income. However, the high-quality development of Wuzhong's milk industry faces some severe challenges,such as improved seed breeding,scientific and technological support,personnel training,interest linkage, manure treatment and so on. Based on the idea of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper made an in-depth summary and analysis of resource advantages,development history,development status,existing problems and countermeasures. Aiming at the key problems that restrict the current industrial development,this paper put forward some countermeasures,such as improving breeding efficiency,expanding forage scale,strengthening factor guarantee,perfecting linkage mechanism and increasing risk prevention and control,so as to provide new ideas for promoting the high-quality development of Wuzhong milk industry.
