新孢子虫病是由犬新孢子虫（Neospora caninum）引起的一种世界范围内流行的多种动物共患原虫病,给畜牧业造成了严重的经济损失,并潜在威胁人类健康。鉴于国内大部分奶牛场对犬新孢子虫感染危害认识不足或根本无知,本文以某规模化奶牛场发生的犬新孢子虫病为例,简述奶牛犬新孢子虫病的临床症状、诊断和预防措施,为奶牛犬新孢子虫流产诊疗防提供参考。
Neosporosis is a globally prevalent protozoal disease affecting various animals,caused by Neospora caninum,leading to significant economic losses in the livestock industry and posing potential threats to human health. Given the limited awareness or lack of understanding of the harmful effects of Neospora caninum infection in most domestic dairy farms in the country,this paper,using a case from a large-scale dairy farm,provided a brief overview of the clinical symptoms,diagnosis,and preventive measures of bovine and canine neosporosis. It served as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of Neospora caninum-induced abortion in cows and dogs.
