奶产业是关系健康中国、强壮民族的战略性、标志性行业。宁夏回族自治区（简称“宁夏”）地处国际公认“黄金奶源带”,是全国奶业优势产区和优质高端乳制品重要原料基地,在高质量发展背景下宁夏奶产业具有较大发展潜力。本文利用SWOT-PESTEL模型分析宁夏奶产业整体宏观环境,明确优势、抓住机会,有效应对劣势和威胁,提升奶产品附加价值,促进奶产业健康可持续发展。
Dairy is the strategic and landmark industry related to healthy China and strong nation. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is located in the internationally recognized “gold milk source belt”,is the national dairy advantage production area and high-quality, high-end dairy important raw material base. Under the background of high-quality development,Ningxia dairy industry has great development potential. This paper used SWOT-PESTEL model of the overall macro environment,cleared the advantages and seized the opportunities,then could effectively cope with disadvantages and threats,so as to enhance the added value of dairy products,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the dairy industry.
