摘要

[目的]新疆某规模化牧场奶牛乳房炎较严重,治疗许久未愈。探究致病原因,找到合理应对措施。[方法]本试验采集典型奶牛乳房炎病料,对其进行分离鉴定及药敏试验。[结果]病原菌分离纯化结果表明,该牧场奶牛乳房炎主要为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、梭菌等多种细菌混合感染所致。药敏试验结果表明,大肠杆菌对复方新诺明、卡那霉素、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星高度敏感,其中环丙沙星极敏感;金黄色葡萄球菌对复方新诺明、卡那霉素、恩诺沙星、氯霉素极度敏感;梭菌对氯霉素、头孢曲松、氨苄西林高度敏感。[结论]本研究对乳房炎奶样分离,得到了大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及梭菌,建议该牧场对患病牛采取隔离措施,并使用替米考星、头孢噻呋钠及梭菌疫苗进行联合用药治疗。

Abstract

[Objective] The mastitis of dairy cows in a large-scale pasture in Xinjiang was more serious, and it had not been cured for a long time. Explore the cause of the disease and find a reasonable response. [Method] In this study, typical dairy cow mastitis materials were collected, and they were separated, identified and tested for drug susceptibility. The results of isolation and purification of pathogenic bacteria showed that the pathogenic bacteria of mastitis in dairy cows were mainly caused by the mixed infection of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium and other bacteria. The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that Escherichia coli was highly sensitive to cotrimoxazole, kanamycin, enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, among which ciprofloxacin was extremely sensitive. Staphylococcus aureus was extremely susceptible to cotrimoxazole, kanamycin, enrofloxacin, and chloramphenicol.Clostridium was highly susceptible to chloramphenicol, ceftriaxone, ampicillin. [Conclusion] In this study, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Clostridium were isolated from milk samples from mastitis, and it was recommended that the farm should take isolation measures for the diseased cows and use tilmicosin, ceftiofur sodium, and clostridial vaccine for combined treatment.
