[目的]探索葡萄籽提取物对围产期奶牛泌乳性能和乳品质的影响。[方法]采用随机数字表法,将60 头身体健康、胎次相近、泌乳周期和预产期相近的围产前期荷斯坦牛均分成4 组,每组15 头,每组设置3 个重复,每个重复5 头。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的葡萄籽提取物。正式试验的第42d,对各组荷斯坦牛的平均日产奶量,平均日采食量,料奶比,乳汁中的乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、体细胞数统计分析。[结果]与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组平均日采食量、平均日产奶量均明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的料奶比明显降低,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组乳汁中的乳脂率、乳蛋白率和乳糖率均明显升高,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组乳汁中的体细胞数均明显降低,且差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]葡萄籽提取物能显著提升围产期奶牛的泌乳性能和乳品质。基础日粮中添加0.3%的葡萄籽提取物,作用效果最优。
[Objective] To explore the effect of grape seed extract on lactation performance and milk quality of perinatal dairy cows. [Method] In this experiment, 60 perinatal Holstein cows with healthy body, similar parity, similar lactation cycle and expected date of delivery were divided into 4 groups of 15 cows each, and 3 replicates of 5 cows each were set up in each group. 0%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% grape seed extract were added to the basic diet in the control group, experimental group I, group II and group III respectively. On the 42nd day of the formal experiment, the average daily milk production, average daily feed intake, feed-milk ratio, milk fat rate, milk protein rate, lactose rate and somatic cell count of Holstein cows in each group were statistically analyzed. [Result] Compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake and average daily milk production of the experimental groups I, II and III were significantly increased, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The feed-to-milk ratio of groups I, II and III decreased significantly, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The milk fat rate, milk protein rate and lactose rate in groups I, II and III increased significantly, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The somatic cell counts in the milk of groups I, II and III were significantly reduced and the differences were significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Grape seed extract can significantly improve the lactation performance and milk quality of perinatal dairy cows. Adding 0.3% grape seed extract to the basic diet has the best effect.
