随着我国社会经济的发展与国民生活水平的不断提高,群众对生活有更高的享受追求。从过去的饮食只为吃饱,到现在对食品的营养价值有了更多、更高的要求。乳制品的种类以及销量随之不断增多。而对乳制品的要求也从初期的追求口味、样式、新奇,到现在更注重奶源以及生产质量的安全性,绿色生产成为行业中市场营销主要的营销标签。本文从法律视角探讨了乳制品生产质量安全问题及主体责任。结合国外的乳制品质量安全监管体制及经验,对我国乳制品质量安全监管不到位等问题进行了分析并提出了建议。
With the development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of national living standards, the masses have higher enjoyment of life. From the past diet only to eat enough, to now there are more and higher requirements for the nutritional value of food. The variety and volume of dairy products has increased. The requirements for dairy products have also been from the initial pursuit of taste, style, novelty, to now pay more attention to the safety of milk source and production quality, green production has become the main marketing label in the industry. This paper discussed the quality and safety of dairy products production and the main responsibility from the legal perspective. Combining with the supervision system and experience of the quality and safety of dairy products in foreign countries, the problems of the quality and safety supervision of dairy products in China were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward.
