[目的]2022年和2023年每天采集新疆西域春乳业有限责任公司(简称“西域春乳业”),3 个自有规模牧场原料乳,按照优质乳工程技术体系的《生乳用途分级技术规范》,连续检测其脂肪、蛋白质、菌落总数和体细胞数等优质乳核心指标。[方法]采用Graphpad Prism 8.0软件中的非参数方法(Kruskal-Wallis多重比较检验)进行统计分析。[结果]受检原料乳稳定,符合优质乳工程中特优级原料乳要求,为西域春乳业全面实施优质乳工程奠定了基础。[结论]西域春乳业原料乳连续两年优质乳工程核心指标均已达到特优级原料乳要求,相关指标已超过乳业大国标准要求,具备全面实施优质乳工程的基本条件。

[Objective] In 2022 and 2023,raw milk from the three own scale farms enterprise in Xinjiang Xiyuchun Dairy Limited Liability Company(short for “Xiyuchun Dairy”)was collected every day,and the indicators of quality milk such as fat,protein,CFU and somatic cell count were continuously tested accordance to the Technical Specification for Classification of Raw Milk Use of the Premier Milk Project Technology System. [Method] The non-parametric method(Kruskal-Wallis Multiple Comparison Test) in Graphpad Prism 8.0 software was used for statistical analysis. [Result] The tested raw milk stably met requirements of extra high grade raw milk in the Premier Milk Project,which laid a foundation for the full implementation of the Premier Milk Engineering Project. [Conclusion] Xiyuchun Dairy raw milk for two consecutive years of high-quality milk project core indicators have reached the requirements of the special superior grade raw milk, the relevant indicators have exceeded the standard requirements of the dairy industry in large countries, with the basic conditions for the full implementation of high-quality milk project.
