我国中小乳业公司融资问题是困扰乳业高质量发展的一个重要因素。本文以浙江一景乳业股份有限公司（简称“一景乳业”）为例,通过分析该公司财务报表、股权结构,以及市场竞争,剖析该公司经营现状、存在问题、融资问题,以及针对该公司融资问题提出具体的政策建议。论文从金融视角,通过对一景乳业的个案研究,为我国中小乳业公司所面临的一般性融资问题提供参考建议。

The financing problem of Chinese small and medium-sized dairy companies is an important factor in the development of high quality dairy industry. Taking Zhejiang Yijing Dairy Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper analyzed the company's operating status, existing problems and financing problems by analyzing the company's financial statements, equity structure and market competition, and puts forward specific policy suggestions for the company's financing problems. From a general perspective, this paper provided some suggestions for the similar financing problems faced by small and medium-sized dairy companies in China through the case study of Yijing Dairy.
