[目的] 研究盲针固定与切口手术对奶牛真胃左方移位治疗效果、经济效益。[方法] 选择1 胎次发生真胃左方移位的荷斯坦牛72 头,其中切口组34 头,盲针固定组38 头。统计每组牛治愈率、治疗天数、胎次奶量数据,对比分析两种手术方式的经济效益。[结果] 盲针固定对真胃移位的治愈率比切口手术低3.09 个百分点,平均治疗天数比切口手术少5.12 天。此外,盲针固定305 天胎次拟合奶量比切口手术高1 278 kg,经济损失比切口手术少6 879.96 元/头。[结论] 综合分析,盲针固定在奶牛真胃左方移位治疗效果、经济效益方面均优于切口手术。
[Objective] This experiment was conducted to study the therapeutic effect and economic benefit of blind needle fixation and incision surgery on the left displacement of abomasum in dairy cows. [Method] A total of 72 Holstein cows with left displacement of abomasum in one parity were selected,including 34 in incision group and 38 in blind needle fixation group. The cure rate,treatment days and parity milk volume data of each group of cows were counted,and the economic benefits of the two surgical methods were compared and analyzed. [Result] The cure rate of blind needle fixation for abomasum displacement was 3.09 percentage points lower than that of incision surgery,and the average treatment days were 5.12 days less than that of incision surgery. In addition,the amount of fitted milk for 305 days of blind needle fixation was 1 278 kg higher than that of incision surgery,and the economic loss was 6 879.96 yuan / head less than that of incision surgery. [Conclusion] Comprehensive analysis,blind needle fixation is superior to incision surgery in the treatment effect and economic benefit of left gastric displacement in dairy cows.
