摘要

挤奶机器人是现代奶牛养殖业中具有重要变革意义的智能设备,不仅有效改善了奶牛场的养殖模式与运营效率,同时有效减少了养殖场员工的低级体力劳动,提高了员工的工作质量和效率。本文综合现有研究和案例,从员工工作模式、管理决策方式和工作体验等方面探讨了挤奶机器人对奶牛场员工福利的改善情况,并针对奶牛场实际使用情况总结出发展愿景。

Abstract

Milking robot is an intelligent device that brings significant change to modern dairy farming, which not only effectively improves the farming mode and operational efficiency,but also effectively reduces the low-level physical labor of farm employees and improves their work quality and efficiency. This paper synthesized existing studies and case studies to comprehensively explore the improvement of milking robots on employee welfare in dairy farms in terms of employee work patterns,decision-making styles,and work experiences,and makes recommendations for related developments.
