乳品公司作为食品行业的重要组成部分,在中国市场具有广泛的影响力。基于《民法典》86条之一般规定,公司社会责任（CSR）历经从应然到实然的转变,从宣誓性行为到行为法的转变。在实践公司社会责任的过程中,乳业公司的自身发展及与各利益相关主体之间的协作与共赢关系至关重要,本文将以内蒙古蒙牛乳业集团股份有限公司为例,阐释当下我国公司社会责任的相关法律问题。

As an important part of the food industry,dairy companies have extensive influence in the Chinese market. Based on the general provisions of Article 86 of the Civil Code,the shift from ought to reality,from sworn sex to the law of conduct.In the process of practicing Corporate Social Responsibility（CSR）,the self-development of dairy companies and the cooperation and win-win relationship between them and various stakeholders are crucial. This paper took Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Group Co.,Ltd.,as an example to explain the relevant legal issues of corporate social responsibility in our country.
