Dairy enterprises have attracted much attention due to the special products and the growth of market demand.In the internal management of production and processing,production and inventory management is significantly different from other manufacturing enterprises and has certain specialties.This paper discussed the key links of production and inventory management of dairy enterprises,and analyzed the characteristics and management status of representative dairy enterprises in this field,and proposed effective optimization strategies.Through in-depth research on production processes,inventory control and quality assurance,this paper provided reference for dairy enterprises to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
