Abstract

The national milk production has decreased by 2.8% in 2024, marking the first correction after six consecutive years of growth. China's dairy industry has entered an era of shrinking and internal competition. From the perspective of dairy sub categories, the increase and decrease of each category are different, reflecting the quietly changing category structure of the dairy market.This paper analyzed the market dynamics of the five main categories of liquid milk in 2024 from a third-party perspective, in order to provide reference value for dairy companies to understand the current situation and trends of the categories. The main content of this paper included: dynamic analysis of the 2024 market for room temperature white milk, low-temperature fresh milk, low-temperature fresh milk, room temperature yogurt, and blended dairy products.
