摘要

本研究选取天润乳业作为案例,分析其在地理优势、政策支持和市场需求增长下的成长路径与战略举措,重点探讨品牌建设、质量管控、技术革新和市场拓展等方面的经验。采用案例分析法,结合企业数据、行业报告和政策文件,对天润乳业的发展模式进行梳理,总结其成功经验。西部地区凭借天然优势和政策支持,乳业迎来发展机遇。天润乳业通过品牌建设、严格的质量管理、技术革新和市场拓展,实现了快速发展。研究认为,品牌与质量是企业立足市场的关键,技术与市场拓展是持续发展的动力。

Abstract

This study, against the backdrop of the dairy industry development in China's western region, selected Tianrun Dairy as an example to analyze its growth path and strategic measures under the geographical advantages, policy support, and increasing market demand, focusing on the discussion of the experience in brand building, quality, technological innovation, and market expansion. The case analysis method was adopted to sort out the development model of Tianrun Dairy, and summarized its successful experience combining enterprise data, industry reports, and policy documents. The western region, with its natural advantages and policy support, had welcomed the development opportunity of the dairy industry. Tianrun Dairy has achieved rapid development through brand building, strict quality management, technological innovation, and market expansion. The research believed that brand and quality were the key enterprises to establish a foothold in the market, and technology and market expansion were the driving forces for sustainable development.
